Fixes a bug in the user-defined locations dialog (entering latitude/longitude).
For locations with high horizons, corrected global radiation data is now used per default. In previous versions, original global radiation data is used per default (register modifications; only for approx. 20 Swiss weather stations).
Test reference stations of DWD: change of time reference and limitation of high beam values. In previous versions partially too high beam values have been calculated (in morning hours) due to time reference errors.
Horizontal beam (H_Bh or G_Bn) is now correctly named in user defined output format.
